DACC form a medical community involved in the fight of cervical cancer at different levels such as for instance: Research, treatment, prevention or education...
DACC doctors come from different type of background:
- Public health officers or practitioners
- Researchers, gynecologists, oncologists, colposcopists, radiotherapists, GPs, biologists, ...
- In public hospitals or private practices, in local dispensaries or in international health NGOs, etc.
DACC doctors believe their mobilization and concrete actions will have a genuine impact on the incidence of the disease and on the lives of many women, today and for the generations to come.

They share an ambitious vision of a world without the fatality and injustice of cervical cancer !
"Doctors Against Cervical Cancer share the vision of the Women Against Cervical Cancer Foundation where all women are informed about human papillomavirus (HPV) and its associated diseases, and know how to prevent and control cervical cancer so they can take action to accelerate its eradication."
If the virus and its transmission cannot be eliminated, the deaths due to HPV can be, thanks to prevention and early detection.

Acting along with WOMEN AGAINST CERVICAL CANCER (WACC), they work, they research, they treat, they prevent and protect women from the lethal yet preventable disease at their own local or national level, or at international level
